Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 9:25PM I have to say this is the first time I've seen a company publicly list out their application performance on a dashboard. It's high-level, but cool. Google yes you had another small Gmail outage on the 24th, but this dashboard is so cool that I forgive you. :)

Another company that's pretty good at doing this is SalesForce.com (http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/status/). A few years ago they had some damaging outages and since then have taken a full transparency policy. I think we're going to see more and more of this from providers of "cloud services".
